Office Depot Tech Recycling

Ever wonder how to environmentally and economically get rid of that extra-large 1990’s Monitor that just does not work right anymore? That old TV, once you have replaced it with your brand new, super hip Flat Panel TV? Other electronics that you know should not be thrown into the dumpster?

Well look no further. Office Depot has a wonderful recycle service  http://officedepot.com/techrecycling that offers three size boxes and you can fill them with what you like (see link below for acceptable items).  They will then ship the items off to have them recycled. The cost is much less than if you were to make an extra-trip to the electronics dumpster. The cost and sizes are: 

• Small ($5): 8"H x 15"D x 18"W (Max Weight 20lbs.)

• Medium ($10): 20"H x 16"D x 16"W (Max Weight 40lbs.)

• Large ($15): 24"H x 18"D x 18"W (Max Weight 60lbs.)

Office Depot’s can be found around the country, with Telluride’s closest being in Montrose.
