For this December's Gadget Tech review, I chose the Logitech QuickCam Vision Pro For Mac.

This was a holiday gift from my family, and I have been very happy with it so far.

Instead of writing a lot of technical "mumbo jumbo", I thought I would do a side-by-side comparison with the iSight camera on my 1 year old MacBook.

But before we do this comparison, lets look at a little information.

Apple makes great computers and software.  Their Quick Tips are equally impressive.  

Even though I consider myself a power user, I still find lots of useful tips at http://www.apple.com/business/theater/.

The videos are fun and just the right length not to get bored.

AlternativeTo (http://alternativeto.net/) is a MUST HAVE in your in web toolkit.

Especially in today's economy, one can't shell out the $699 for a shinny new version of Photoshop.  Don't get me wrong, I love Adobe Photoshop and I own several versions back (Creative Suite 2 for Windows), but I was looking for "AlternativesTo" Photoshop on the Mac. The keyword being "Alternatives".

I put together a keynote presentation for the Blogging 101 class at the Ah Haa School.

A couple of notes: The presentation, is not a stand-alone presentation. In other words it was developed as presentation to be presented in person.

It also contains, items of interest to students in the class, and might not be applicable to general public.

Lastly, it is a bit rough around the edges.
